i just called the recovery room. he has been sleeping most of the night. he wasn't quite as restless becuase he finally slept which is good. they will take him down to MRI soon and the doctors are making their rounds now. they will check out his labs and his MRI and see if he needs to stay in recovery another night, go to ICU or go to a room. dr yasargil said most of his patients do not go to the ICU. if he is like he was yesterday when i saw him, he may have to stay in recovery. while he is in recovery i only get to see him for about 10 minutes at a time about every 3 hours.
sleep is good for him. he hasn't slept very well in over a month so now he gets to catch back up.
