downtime

good morning!

it is so good to be home. mark had another rough night but i think we will get through it. it is his lower nerves that are giving him grief - not his head. all over the documentation is to not strain for anything.. it increases the intercranial pressure and will hurt him. well when they say not to strain, they mean it. so mark is having to work through all that and for someone who had 2 children plus stitches, i can sympathize with him on this one.

otherwise we are good. he is on the couch and i'm at home this week. jim and jr are here and helping out which is good. next week mark's parents are here so we have some help for a little while.
